It remains flexible once cured and performs well in conditions where movement or vibration is present.
Directions for Use:
- Keep the lid tightly sealed when not in use. Be sure to read all instructions before applying.
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. For best results, lightly roughen surfaces before application.
- To open, puncture the tube seal using the point inside the cap.
- Apply directly to the surfaces you wish to bond or repair. Ideal application temperature is between 10°C and 32°C. Once cured, the adhesive can tolerate intermittent temperatures ranging from -40°C to 82°C.
- Allow at least 24 hours to cure. Depending on materials and conditions, full strength may take 48–72 hours.
- To assist with future cap removal, apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the tube threads before replacing the cap.
- Clean uncured adhesive with acetone or a citrus-based solvent. Once cured, it can only be removed by cutting or scraping.
